"Reason for the 2 stars is I order a kit and they were out of the ice packs so they shipped the wire basket and divider with a note a they would ship me the ice pack later. Been 3 weeks and no ice pack? Also I just order a new 48qt cooler and it just arrived and I was shipped the wrong color. The tag said the correct color I order but the cooler wasn't?"
