If you feel your product is defective and qualifies for a warranty claim, fill out the form below with product information and describe the issue (photos are very helpful).

Before you submit your ticket:

1. Please make sure you have registered your product within 30 days of purchase

2. Read thehard cooler, soft cooler, ordrinkwarewarranty policies to ensure your gear qualifies

    Please note that warranty claims on products purchased from non-authorized resellers of Cordova Outdoors products, e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist will not be accepted. Stick with our trusted retail partners to ensure you’re fully covered.
