In-Person Pick-up

If you plan to collect your order directly from the Cordova Warehouse, kindly refrain from arriving before receiving the email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. Orders without this confirmation email will not be available for early pick-up, irrespective of in-person arrival.

Shipping Guidelines

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation number. Once the order ships, you will receive tracking information. Typically, an order will ship within two business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for wrapped coolers and custom orders.


Shipping Capabilities

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items (excluding, but not necessarily limited to, items purchased from our Bargain Bin, apparel and customized merchandise) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the reason for return is a result of our error (i.e., incorrect or defective item). For returns where the reason for return is not a result of our error we may, in certain circumstances, be able to provide a reduced rate label, the cost of which will then be subtracted from your return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of return shipment date, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

In an effort to reduce overproduction waste, customized products and apparel are produced on demand and only when an order is placed. Consequently, these products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive in a defective condition or do not meet the specifications of the order.
