In-Person Pick-up/ Will Call

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If pickup at Cordova was selected at time of purchase, a separate notification will be sent to the email address provided when the order is ready for pickup. Please note that orders are NOT available for pickup prior to receiving the notification email.

Shipping:

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at time of purchase. Our shipping software system will estimate shipping and delivery dates depending on the shipping option selected. Please allow up to 10 business days for wrapped coolers and custom orders.

Return Policy

Most new, unused items (excluding items purchased from our Bargain Bin, apparel and customized merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the reason for return is a result of our error (i.e., incorrect or defective item). For returns where the reason for return is not a result of our error we may, in certain circumstances, be able to provide a reduced rate shipping label, the cost of which will then be subtracted from your return.

Refunds typically process within four weeks of return shipment date.

In an effort to reduce waste, customized products are produced on demand and only when an order is placed. Consequently, these products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive in a defective condition or do not meet the specifications of the order.
